If you answer “YES” to five or more of the following questions, you may have decreased hormone levels.

For Women:

  • Do you feel tired frequently?

  • Has your sexual desire decreased?
  • Have you lost self-confidence?
  • Are your erections not firm enough?
  • Are you unable to sustain an erection?
  • Do you have early morning erections less frequently?
  • Are you anxious?
  • Is your memory or concentration decreased?
  • Have you lost muscle mass?

An appointment with our physician and some simple tests are required to determine if your hormones are out of balance.  To best assess your individual needs, we ask that you come prepared to discuss your hormonal life changes by knowing yourself, your history and your health philosophy.

You may want to write out:
  • Your symptoms (Start with the questions provided above)
  • Your current medical issues and medications (Both over-the-counter and prescription)
  • Your past health history as well as your families health history.
